01) Where is LazyBonezz based?
LazyBonezz was founded and is based in NYC. Started by a mother-daughter duo, LazyBonezz is still a women-owned company that supports all women in business.
02) Is LazyBonezz part of any organizations or associations?
At LazyBonezz, we believe that every animal should have the chance to thrive in a loving and safe environment. That’s why we donate a percentage of all our sales to the Humane Society of New York.
03) What are LazyBonezz’s hours of operation?
LazyBonezz.com is open 24/7! You can place orders on our website day or night. If you need to speak to a Customer Care Representative, please call us at 844-526-6399 - we are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.

C. Payment, Sales and Order Processing
01) How can I pay for my order? What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Debit cards and PayPal:

02) How does LazyBonezz process orders?
LazyBonezz processes orders on a first come first, serve basis. If an order is submitted before 7:30 AM EST the order will be processed same-day and will ship within 2-3 business days. If the order comes in after 7:30 AM EST the order will be processed the following business day and ship within the following 2-3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. If you submit an order on Friday after 7:30 AM EST it will not be processed until Monday morning. An order that is "Pending" is an order that has yet to be processed. An order that is "In Process" is an order that has been submitted for order fulfillment.
03) Where can I find coupons or promotions for LazyBonezz?
The best way to learn of new promotions and coupons is by registering with LazyBonezz.com. This ensures you’ll learn about new offers as soon as they are offered. It’s also worthwhile to check LazyBonezz often to learn about “unannounced” specials – we’ll usually feature these on the homepage or in our specials section. You can always follow us on Twitter or like us on Facebook to learn more.
04) What is the policy on Final Sale and Clearance items?
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged.
05) Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Due to strict health regulations certain items cannot be returned. These include but are not limited to beds, blankets and edibles.
06) Must I pay sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for all orders delivered in the following states; Arkansas, California, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.
07) How can I review order details?
The best and easiest method for reviewing your orders is to register as a LazyBonezz customer. Once registered, users can log into their account and view the order history and details of any online order.
08) What is a backorder?
A product is labeled as backordered when it is temporarily out of stock. You may still order the item, and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. You will receive periodic emails regarding the backorder status.
09) How do I know / confirm you received my order?
Once your order has been received, an order confirmation email will be sent to you within 12 hours.
10) Can I change or cancel my order?
Of course you can change your mind. Orders may be changed or cancelled up until your order has been processed. Simply send an email to Customercare@LazyBonezz.com or call one of our Customer Care team members at 844-526-6399.
D. Order Shipping, Tracking and Delivery
01) What is the Free Shipping policy?
Free shipping is available for orders with valid addresses within the 48 contiguous United States EXCLUDING products that are over 30% off.
02) Where does LazyBonezz ship to?
Products ordered on LazyBonezz.com may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States, and P.O. Boxes. Delivery option restrictions by location apply.
03) How do I track my order?
Have you placed an order and want to know what's going on? Check your order status online. If you're not a registered LazyBonezz user, all you'll need is your email address and order number.
04) What if the delivery company arrives but I refuse delivery because I no longer want the product?
You, the customer, will be responsible for freight charges going to you and back from you to the warehouse. Even though we offer “Free Shipping”, we still pay to ship our items. If you refuse a delivery, bear in mind you may not be fully refunded.
05) How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are dependent upon product, inventory status and delivery method. Typically, orders will arrive to your home or business within 7-10 business days. Larger items may take a little longer. In rare circumstances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, you will be notified via e-mail.
06) Must I sign for my delivery?
Signature is NOT required.
07) Must somone be home to receive my delivery?
You do not need to be home for package drop off.
08) May I choose my shipping carrier?
No, we choose the best possible shipping method for you.
09) Is expedited shipping available for all products?
Expedited shipping is only available on those products that can be air shipped in accordance with shipping service provider requirements. Products exceeding weight or girth limits and products falling under the hazardous materials (hazmat) guidelines for dangerous materials cannot be expedited. These products will be clearly identified on the product information page.
10) How are the shipping charges calculated for my order?
Shipping costs for ALL other shipments are calculated based on the total weight of items in your order and the shipping method selected. Total shipping charges will automatically display on the Checkout page before you submit your order for completion.
11) What is an Oversize charge?
Products that are considered to be oversized due to the weight or dimensions of the shipping box will be shipped using the method selected by the customer and delivered based on the shipping service selected.
12) What are the weight and size limits for shipping?
There are no limits to the total weight of your shipment or the total number of packages in your shipment. Orders in excess of 20 lbs. must ship using one of the following services; Ground, 2nd Day or Overnight. For orders in excess of 200 lbs., a member of our customer care team will contact you with a quote for accurate freight costs.
E. Order Damage, Returns and Exchanges
01) What happens if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged?
Unfortunately sometimes items can be damaged while in transit. Should this occur and an item arrives broken or damaged, please call one of our Customer Care Agents at 844-526-6399. Please save all shipping and merchandise packaging and have your packing slip handy for quick access.
02) Will I be reimbursed for my return shipping costs?
LazyBonezz.com does not reimburse return shipping costs for products returned for reasons that are not the fault of LazyBonezz.com.
03) How do I return products from my order?
To return an item(s), please follow the instructions on the Packing List included with your order. If you have any questions, call us at 844-526-6399.
04) What are the 7 Days of Delivery of Product Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery of product.* The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Call us at 844-526-6399 or email us at Customercare@LazyBonezz.comto obtain shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must return the product within 5 days of you receiving the Return Authorization (RA). When returning the product, you must include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Please tell us why you are returning our product so that we can continue to improve our products and services.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

When requesting a refund, your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) will be credited once your return is processed. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original payment method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping (if appropriate) and handling.
